Targeted Individual. 20 years. Sadistic people in a large group with handlers that use Isolation, Gangstalking, DEW weapons, smear campaigns, destruction of property, theft. They could be paid by a large private for profit health insurance company. Some government agency is probably behind it as well. Remorseless murderers. People have been driven to commit suicide. Thousands of American civilians are being tortured for different unknown reasons with no intervention by the authorities. In America we are supposed to have the right to confront our accusers. Our coward accusers never show themselves.
